Assessment

LCRT Consulting develops and administers occupation specific language assessments. These assessments are used for program admission or professional certification and our area of expertise is in the Canadian health sector. We also have experience conducting language assessments based on the Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) and are licensed to administer the Canadian Language Benchmarks Placement Test (CLBPT), a CLB 1-8 test for placement into ESL settlement programs.

Curriculum Design

LCRT Consulting designs customized English second language curricula. Our expertise lies in the area of ESP (English for specific purposes), particularly occupation or profession specific assessments and testing. We also design second language curricula for ESL programs..

Professional Development for Trainers

LCRT Consulting can provide professional development on the Canadian Language Benchmarks for your instructional or administrative staff. We are a member of the Canadian Centre for Language Benchmarks registry of experts and can provide CLB consultation.
